Our Active Yoga Retreat is a 6-day active holiday on the beautiful Greek island of Paros.
Be an islander for 6 days on the beautiful island of Paros! Spoil your body and soul while practicing yoga enjoying the breathtaking view on the Aegean Sea. Savor organic food dishes prepared with fresh produce picked by us and cooked by our local chef! Sip a glass of wine next to the pool taking in the colors of the Aegean! Take a cruise with a traditional fishing boat to neighboring Antiparow island and enjoy a relaxing swim in the turquoise waters. Take part in a cooking class and learn how to cook Greek delicious and healthy food! Hike the Byzantine trail and wander around the villages with their narrow alleys, the whitewashed houses and the friendliest people! Make new friends and follow us to an exciting journey full of creative energy.
During our Active Yoga Retreat you will be staying at Villa Haroula. A beautiful summer house, that offers a true sense of intimate relaxation. With its wonderful garden surroundings and swimming pool area, the villa gives you the feeling of being totally protected from the outside hustle and bustle.

Upon arrival in Paros, you will be met and transferred to your beautiful villa in Santa Maria. After checking in, you will have free time to relax and enjoy the pool. In the afternoon we will all meet and get to know each other and enjoy our first yoga class by the pool. After that, our cook will prepare a delicious dinner for us made with local organic ingredients and we will say cheers to the beginning of a wonderful trip! (Snacks, Dinner)
This morning, after breakfast, we will start with our yoga session and breakfast and then walk to the beach to swim and try new activities such as wind surfing, kite surfing or any other water sport we always wanted to try. Later in the evening we will dress up and go to the town of Naoussa to wander around in its narrow alleys and take pictures of the whitewashed houses and the fishing boats. What a great opportunity to try some sea food and wine! (Breakfast, Dinner)
Today we will rise, salute the sun and set off to the beautiful village of Lefkes where we will hike a historical Byzantine trail and end up at the beach of Logaras, where we will enjoy lunch and drinks in the beach bars facing the Aegean sea. Upon our return home, we will have the chance to relax and rest before our yoga teacher takes us again on the beautiful journey of a relaxing yoga class. (Breakfast, Dinner)
Today will be a day to remember! We will board on a traditional boat and sail in the crystal clear turquoise waters of Paros and Antiparos. After swimming and snorkeling we will enjoy a delicious lunch on board, while listening to Greek traditional music and tasting souma! After our boat tour, the day is free. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
As today is our last day, after our morning yoga, you will be able to enjoy it as you wish. You can visit the towns of Naousa or Paroikia, explore other beaches such as Kolymbithres, relax at the house, go shopping or walk to the nearby beach to take a last look of the Aegean. In the evening, we will reunite to start our cooking lesson and prepare our farewell dinner and make this an unforgettable experience. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Trip Leader: Anna Zika
Anna Zika has studied and worked as an Interior Design, but the last 10 years she has found the love of her life which is guiding. Mainly guiding hiking trips and other outdoors activities. During her career years she has earned various awards as top guide. She loves being outside, dancing, photography and she is trying to practice yoga whenever she is not traveling the world.
Yoga Instructor: Ioanna Stavropoulou
Ioanna Stavropoulou was born and raised in Athens. Her first encounter with yoga was back in 2002 when she was living in New York City and it was love at first sight. Her daily yoga practice helped her find her true self. She is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher on Hatha & Vinyasa. While she teaches yoga, she attends yoga workshops and she loves to experiment with new types of yoga, as she states that yoga is an endless journey of self-discovery.
