Trekking Hellas Rhodes is Hiring for Season 2024
We are looking for passionate people to join our team for the 2024 season.
We are a company based in Rhodes, Greece, the sunniest part of Europe.
As a company, we are part the largest and oldest Outdoor tour Operator in Greece (Trekking Hellas Group of Companies). We provide day activities such as: Sea Kayaking Trips, Hiking Trips & Food tours. Also, we offer multi day adventures on Rhodes and the nearby islands.
Positions:
Activities’ Leader guide or activities’ assistant guide operating the sea kayaking & hiking trips
The role involves: Leader or Assistant leader duties – taking care of equipment, preparing equipment, leading or helping other guides leading outdoor trips,talking about the flora/fauna of the area, taking care of the guests, taking good photos of the trips, maintaining the equipment in good shape etc.
Contract: 15 April 2024 – 15 or 31 October 2024
Working Patterns: Full time – 6 days a week
One day off per week
What we offer:
Salary: To be discussed with every individual
Accommodation: Will be offered (shared with other teammates)
Food: One meal per day will be offered, plus the daily activity’s meal.
Training : On both hard skills & soft skills
Contract: Any duration between May – October 2024
Working Patterns: Full time – 6 days a week
One day off per week

For EU citizens - We take care of all paperwork. The process will not take more than a few days once the individual arrives on Rhodes.
For NON EU citizens - Every individual will need a VISA to work in Greece. We can help with the process, which starts though at the home country of every individual and takes some time.
