Its name originates from the words "warm valley" although it is covered by snow 7 months a year. It is endowed with an impressive nature. With its dense beech forests and characteristic black pine trees, steep cliffs and torrents, this area offers unforgettable experiences to its visitors. A remarkable habitat for many plants, birds and animals and one of the last brown bear shelters in Greece.
