Activities / Schedule

Day 1

Our day begins with departure from Athens at 7:00 AM.

At 11:00 AM, we arrive at Volos Port, where we meet the crew, divide into groups of 8, and receive a briefing on the boat’s operations and safety rules. Following this, we board the boat, settle into our cabins, and enjoy lunch on board.

At 3:00 PM, we depart for Trikeri (15 nautical miles, approximately 2.5-3 hours). Upon arrival, we take a 20-minute hike to the Panagia Monastery and later enjoy an afternoon swim at a nearby beach.

The day concludes with dinner at a local tavern near the anchorage at 8:00 PM.

Day 2

Our day begins at 8:00 AM with wake-up and breakfast on board.

At 9:00 AM, we set sail for Skopelos (24 nautical miles).

Along the way, around 1:00 PM, we anchor offshore for lunch on board at the beautiful small island of Tsougria or Pontikonisi.

At 3:00 PM, we continue our journey toward Skopelos Town, approaching from the northern side near the “Gourouni” lighthouse.

We arrive at approximately 7:00 PM and enjoy a visit and stroll through the picturesque streets of the village, perfect for souvenir shopping.

Day 3

Our day begins at 8:00 AM with a wake-up and a morning stroll in Skopelos. We will taste the traditional Skopelian pie from a local bakery!

At 9:00 AM, we set sail for Alonissos (8 nautical miles). Along the way, we stop for a swim and lunch at the beach of Agios Ioannis or in Spartines Bay.

We disembark at Patitiri and visit the historic Pirate Museum. Then, we take a hike to the Old Chora and visit the Marine Park Information Center.

After enjoying the sunset, we head to the picturesque harbor of Steni Vala by vehicle and return to the boat.

*If the weather doesn’t permit, we will overnight in Patitiri and return by local bus.

Day 4

Our day begins at 8:00 AM with wake-up and breakfast.

After breakfast, we will meet the author and historian Kostas Mavrikis in Steni Vala. We will visit the Alonissos Marine Park and have discussions with local fishermen about the importance of protecting the marine ecosystem, while also participating in group activities.

During the journey, we stop for a refreshing swim in a sheltered bay of Alonissos, such as Kokkino Kastro, Milia, or Tzortzis Gialos, accompanied by a hearty mid-morning snack to boost our energy.

The experience continues with a more hands-on challenge: preparing traditional Alonissos dishes on board, with guidance and support.

The day winds down leisurely with an afternoon stroll and a swim at a nearby beach, soaking in the peaceful rhythms of the island.

Day 5

The day begins with pirate and historical storytelling in Steni Valla, followed by a discussion with local fishermen about the Marine Park.

Next, we enjoy lunch on board before setting sail for Peristera Island (13 nautical miles).

Along the way, we will make a stop for a swim at the "Shipwreck" of Peristera, with its turquoise waters.

In the early afternoon, we will anchor in Peristeri's bay.

The afternoon is dedicated to group games, fishing, collecting shells, and preparing dinner together.

Day 6

The day begins at 8:00 AM with wake-up and breakfast.

We start our journey towards Skopelos (18 nautical miles), heading towards the island’s southern beaches.

We make a midday stop for a swim and lunch on the boat at the unique pine-covered fjord in Panormos Bay.

In the afternoon, we dock at the island’s second largest port, Glossa. We will take a short walk along a trail, enjoy an afternoon swim at a beach, and have dinner on the boat.

The day concludes with a departure for Skopelos (13 nautical miles, approximately 2.5 hours).

Day 7

Early in the morning, before we wake up, at 6:00 AM, the captain will raise anchor!

This is one of the longest stretches of our journey (50 nautical miles, approximately 7-8 hours).

It may tire us a bit, but it’s the day for review and evaluation! Playing and discussing together, we put into practice everything we've learned about the sea, navigation, the boat, and the importance of staying alert on board. This way, we’ll be ready to safely and confidently enjoy the magic and unique feelings that the sea offers us!

We start the day with breakfast and a swim at Koukounaries, Skiathos. Then, we head into the Pagasitic Gulf, stopping for a swim and lunch on board, either at a beach on Pelion or at the islets of Pytho or Agia Kyriaki, depending on the weather.

In the afternoon, we arrive in Volos (estimated time: 8:00 PM), where we’ll enjoy a night out.

The day concludes with a farewell party on the boat!

Day 8

At 8:00 AM, we wake up and enjoy breakfast.

Next, we proceed with cleaning and tidying up the boat.

At 11:00 AM, we begin our departure towards Athens.
