Cycling in Karpenisi

Land of the mountains. Evritania, with its beautiful countryside and plethora of forest roads leading to the heart of the dense fir, chestnut and pine forests. An ideal place for 

"spiderwebed"  filled with lakes, gorges, rivers and forests of fir, pine and chestnut trees

harboring... dirt roads many forest roads that get lost in the dense spruce forests and the wonderful chestnut forests, is the ideal place for cycling routes with mountain bike. Easy routes for all full of colors and many surprises.

Our beginning spot for the Cycling in Karpenisi is 4km out of Karpenisi, before Miriki village. We follow the forest road with our bikes through spruce forests, till we reach the church of Saint Constantine, where we stop for a break. From the church we continue our beautiful route till the traditional village Kallithea. We don't lose the chance to enjoy the unique view to historic Karpenisi and the mountain settlement of Belouchio. For our way back we follow the same route.

The whole distance is 15km in forest roads. This tour with mountain bikes is suitable for families and friend groups that want to live a different experience in the beautiful mountain environment of Karpenisi.
