Lake Doxa is one of the most beautiful mountain destinations in the Peloponnese. Surrounded by dense fir forests and impressive mountain peaks, it creates a landscape of unique natural beauty that changes with every season.
This hike around the lake reveals the magic of Mountainous Corinthia. The route begins from the shores of Lake Doxa and soon enters a peaceful fir forest, where the only sounds are the wind through the trees and the rustling of leaves. As we ascend gently, the landscape opens up, revealing breathtaking views of the peaks of Dourdouvana, Triantafyllia and Chelmos, creating a stunning natural panorama that changes with every step. The route continues along forest paths and dirt roads with constant changes in scenery and beautiful views of Lake Doxa, shimmering below.
Before completing the hike, we stop at the historic Monastery of Agios Georgios Feneou, a peaceful place that perfectly complements the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
The hike finishes with a circular return to the lake, leaving participants with unforgettable images of one of the most beautiful mountain landscapes in the Peloponnese.
