With the help of our specialized partner, we invite you to the green fir forest of Parnassos to discover the autumn fungi, our well-known mushrooms. We will discover how they coexist on the ground with the roots of firs, cedars, and other trees. We will learn how we spot them, how they grow and what their role is in the forest ecosystem! Our expert will make stops to show us and talk to us about the different types of mushrooms that thrive in Central Greece. At the end of the day, it will help us sort out the edibles so that each group can take them home and cook them!
