Incoming Sales Specialist

Trekking Hellas main office in Marousi, is looking for an enthusiastic individual, who will handle reservation requests from individuals and Tour Operators, build offers and create tailor-made products.

 

Responsibilities:

- Respond to daily reservation requests and bookings (B2C)

- Manage client portfolios and accounts (B2B), including Tour Operators and Travel Agents, ensuring timely communication

- Create and update contracts with both B2C and B2B clients

- Communicate and negotiate efficiently with local suppliers

- Maintain and update data in CRM systems

- Develop and update product itineraries

- Price new products and adjust pricing for existing ones using cost analysis

- Plan, attend, and successfully follow up on Expos and Business Trade Shows

- Maintain and grow the portfolio of Tour Operators and Travel Agents (B2B)

- Manage a portion of the client portfolio, including Tour Operators and Travel Agents, ensuring timely account management (B2B)

 

Requirements:

- Degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field

- Fluency in Greek and English (knowledge of French or German is a plus)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Advanced computer skills

- Knowledge of Greece’s geography and culture

- Experience with CRM systems (preferred)

- Previous experience in the tourism industry, ideally in sales
