Trekking Hellas Ioannina, a tourism agency specializing in outdoor activities and leisure travel, and a member of the Trekking Hellas Group, is seeking a Reservations & Sales Management Employee for its office in Ioannina.
Responsibilities:
Manage and expand the customer base through phone and online sales.
Handle reservations and coordinate excursions.
Provide excellent customer service and present the company’s tourism services.
Collaborate with hotels, travel agents, and businesses to promote services.
Required:
Experience in a sales position or tourism agency.
Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
Strong communication and sales skills.
Knowledge of the Ioannina region and outdoor tourism activities.
Proficiency in computer use and booking management software.
Team spirit and adaptability.
Passion for nature and outdoor recreational activities.
Preferred:
University degree related to tourism management.
Previous experience in a travel agency.
Strong writing skills in Greek and English.
Passion for outdoor activities and alternative tourism.
