We are a premier soft adventure company operating since 2008 in the stunning Voidomatis River area in Zagori, Epirus, renowned for its crystal-clear waters, breathtaking landscapes and exhilarating class II rapids. We pride ourselves on providing unforgettable experiences for adventure enthusiasts from around the globe.

We are looking for experienced and passionate rafting guides to join our dynamic team. As a rafting guide, you will lead and ensure the safety of our clients while navigating the Voidomatis River, offering them an exceptional and memorable adventure.

Responsibilities:

• Guide rafts down the Voidomatis River, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants.
• Provide thorough safety briefings and instructions before each trip.
• Preparation and maintenance of rafting equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service, creating a positive and engaging client experience.
• Respond to emergencies and handle any issues that arise during trips.
• Educate guests about the local environment, history, and wildlife.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a rafting guide.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Strong swimming abilities and physical fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Knowledge of the Voidomatis River and surrounding areas is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
