Trekking Hellas Syros is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Activity Leader to join our team on the island of Syros. We create unique outdoor experiences, including hiking, cultural walks, kayaking, and other activities that highlight the island’s natural beauty and cultural heritage.
Responsibilities:
- Work as an Outdoor Activities Leader.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all participants.
- Share knowledge about the natural environment, local history, and the culture of Syros.
- Prepare equipment and provide logistical support before and after activities.
- Represent Trekking Hellas with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
Requirements:
- Passion for outdoor activities, nature, and cultural heritage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good physical condition and ability to guide groups in outdoor settings.
- Excellent command of English (additional languages such as French, German, or Italian are a plus).
- Previous experience in tourism, outdoor activities, or customer service is valued but not required.
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- A valid driver’s license (Category B) is considered an asset.
