An exciting getaway for families who love the outdoors! Four days, filled with activities – Rafting, Ηiking & Rappel– and unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The impressive scenery and natural “playground” of Tzoumerka region is ideal, whilst enjoying the warm and cozy hospitality of local hotels and guesthouses.

The route starts at the Trekking Hellas Tzoumerka base, located near Plaka Bridge, and, covering 12 km, ends at Tzari Bridge. The total time spent on the river is approximately 2 hours, while the entire program lasts around 4 hours.
The river is particularly impressive in its first few kilometers, featuring beautiful and safe waves along with 3rd-degree rapids. Further along, the route includes several calm stretches, framed by lush vegetation along the riverbanks. Midway through the journey, on the left, a spectacular 50-meter waterfall flows, especially visible during the winter months.
The rock formations throughout the valley consist of layered schists, with a distinctive light-gray hue. This route perfectly blends adventure with natural beauty, offering a truly unique experience.

The route begins at Melissourgoi refuge.
Ascending, we reach Kefalovryso waterfall, sourced from Strogoula peak's steep slopes. The highest waterfall in Greece stands at over 300m.
Continuing our journey, we arrive at the Pramanta shelter, where a brief stop is made. Then we enter the dense forest of Kefallinian fir (Abies Cephalonica). The sun cannot reach this part, and the path remains in constant shade.
Continuing our journey, we discover the 1876 Agia Paraskevi monastery. Nearby, at 1,050 m. altitude, lies the Katsantonis cave with its underground riverbed and unique chambers.
Our adventure concludes at the Melissourgoi refuge.
Our last day will be adrenaline filled! We are going to Rappel (descend a fixed rope) an impressive 30-meter-high rock, the last 7 meters of which have a negative gradient, making this a unique experience and the perfect closing of the 4rth and last day.
