Enjoy outdoor adventures, discover the island’s culture and join local sustainability projects that give something back to the community. This isn’t just a trip, it’s a chance to experience Rhodes with purpose.

Activities / Schedule

Day 1

Arrive in Rhodes and settle into your hostel. Meet your group, get comfortable, and take an evening walk to explore your new surroundings.

In the afternoon, enjoy free time to:

  • Explore local shops and cafés

  • Visit the Archaeological Museum of Rhodes

  • Swim or relax at Elli Beach

Day 2

Walk through the medieval Old Town and see the ancient walls and moat. Discover small hidden streets and feel the special atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 3

Visit the Hydrobiological Station of Rhodes and learn about the fascinating marine life of the Mediterranean. Join a talk on invasive species, then roll up your sleeves and take part in a beach clean-up to protect the sea.

Day 4

Meet local families in the village of Massari. Taste fresh cheese, see how olive oil is made, and create your own natural beeswax soap. Share stories, laugh together, and experience real island life.

Day 5

Grab your kayak and paddle along Rhodes’ stunning coastline. Explore hidden bays, swim in turquoise waters, and enjoy an unforgettable day at sea.

Day 6

Travel to Panagia Ipseni and join a reforestation project. Learn about the devastating wildfires and help plant new life for the future. Make a difference with your own hands.

Day 7

Hit the trails and hike to the top of Mount Akramitis, a Natura 2000 protected area. Take in spectacular views, breathe the mountain air, and celebrate your journey together.

Day 8

Say goodbye to Rhodes. Take home great memories of nature, teamwork, and fun.

Equipment

Please consider taking along the following items on your trip. This is not a fixed list, but more of a guideline, so feel free to add and remove items as you see fit.
Greece has a temperate climate. Base your clothing on the “layering system”, if it is hot you can “peel off” layers quickly, if it is cooler and windy you can quickly “dress up”.
