Important Notes

• Arrive at the departure point 5 minutes earlier, or 15 minutes earlier if bringing equipment.
• If the Vasilitsa Ski Resort is closed, the trip may shift to the Anilio or Vigla ski resorts with no change in ticket price.
• Changes to the itinerary may occur on the same day without prior notice.
• If none of the three ski resorts are open, the trip will be postponed, and the full amount refunded to the customer.
• Cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Arrival after the scheduled departure time is considered a no-show.
