With its peak at Mytikas reaching 2,918 meters, Mount Olympus is much more than the highest mountain in Greece. It's a place that will captivate you with its beauty, whether you choose to hike to the summit or simply admire the view from the foothills.

National Park - A Unique Ecosystem 🦉

It stands as one of the most valuable mountain national parks and the first in our country. Protected since 1938 from any human interference, Olympus serves as a living museum of natural history, providing a home to at least 170 species of plants, 32 species of mammals, and 108 species of birds.

Summits: Mytikas & Stefani ⛰️

Shrouded in clouds and steeped in mystery, the peaks of Mount Olympus—Mytikas at 2,918 meters and Stefani, also known as the "Throne of Zeus," at 2,909 meters—are landmarks in the lives of mountaineers and hikers everywhere. Their wild beauty, rich with legends and myths, becomes a magnetic attraction for mountain enthusiasts.

Enipeas Gorge 🌳💦

The godly Enipeas River reveals enchanting vistas. Towering cliffs, lush, untamed vegetation, picturesque wooden bridges, winding trails, crystalline waters, and small cascades come together to create the exquisite natural environment of the Enipeas Gorge.

Holy Monastery of Saint Dionysius and Holy Cave 🧐

Within the Enipeas Gorge, along the Litochoro-Prionia trail, you'll encounter the old monastery founded in 1542 by Saint Dionysius, who lived in Olympus. A half-hour's walk from the monastery, you'll find the cave where he practiced his asceticism, known as the "Holy Cave." For hikers who appreciate not only nature but also historical and cultural landmarks!
