Begin with a stroll through Ermoupoli’s neoclassical streets, swim in the crystal waters of Vaporia, and unwind with a pilates session before dining at a traditional tavern. Explore the untouched northern landscapes of Apano Meria, where hidden beaches invite you to swim, picnic, and practice yoga by the sea. Each day offers the perfect rhythm of exploration and relaxation, with opportunities to taste local cuisine, enjoy guided walks, or join a seaside hike. This journey is designed to rejuvenate body and spirit while revealing the timeless beauty and traditions of Syros.

Activities / Schedule

Ferry to Syros – Syros (D)

Ferry from Piraeus to Syros. Transfer luggage to hotel. Guests stretch walk to hotel. After check in, discover the aristocratic Ermoupoli town through an exciting walking tour that combines history, architecture and the deep blue of the Aegean sea. Swimming time at Vaporia and after relaxing time either at hotel or at Vaporia. Full-Body Strengthening Mat. Join this class for a comprehensive Mat class that emphasizes the fundamental Pilates principles of control and precision. Through clear alignment cues and mindful breath work, Fay guides you to get the most out of each movement, helping you develop a deeper mind-body connection. This invigorating session culminates in a simple yet challenging glutes series that will leave you feeling strong, centered, and energized.

Syros – Apano Meria (B, Lb)

After breakfast, pick up from your hotel to take you to the northern part of the island. We will walk among trees planted by John Herman Groesbeck Pierson, an American economist and author known for his contributions to economic thought and environmental activism. Approaching the sea, we will visit secluded beaches accessible only by footpaths or by sea. Gentle flow yoga on the beach and free-swimming time and pic-nic.
This session offers a multitude of for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, practicing gentle yoga can enhance your overall well-being. As we age, our muscles tend to become stiffer, leading to decreased mobility and an increased risk of injury. In this yoga class, Fay focuses on slow, controlled movements and gentle stretches that help to increase flexibility and range of motion. After class we will do a break for 5 minutes and we will continue with Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a form of yoga that has been around for thousands of years and is designed to improve physical and mental well-being. Yoga Nidra is a type of meditation that involves deep relaxation. It is a systematic and methodical practice that helps reduce stress and anxiety and promotes deep relaxation and restorative sleep. The practitioner is guided through relaxation and body awareness instructions during this yogic meditation.
Transfer back to the hotel.

Start your day with a breakfast at your hotel. Morning yoga session.
Fay leads the way through a dynamic and thoughtful Yogilates Mat class that brings awareness to your scapula. In this class, you will open and stretch all areas around your scapula while focusing on stabilization and strengthening your rotator cuff and mid trap. Experience a beautiful and controlled movement throughout your scapula, and release key areas like your pectoralis minor for a comprehensive and rejuvenating workout.
Optional activities to choose from between a food tour or a beach hike, will be suggested until the afternoon ferry departure. Transfer luggage to port. Ferry to Athens.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Fay was born and raised in Athens. Her love for exercise and inner exploration led her to dedicate herself to Yoga and Pilates. She is a certified Pilates instructor (mat, props & equipment), a 200 RYT certified yoga teacher, and a Yoga Nidra instructor. She has attended numerous seminars on musculoskeletal disorders and continuously expands her knowledge through ongoing trainings and workshops. She is also a certified Thai Yoga Massage teacher, recognized by the Ministry of Education of Thailand.

Fay is the founder of Fay’s Wellnest by O2, a modern Yoga & Pilates studio in Palaio Faliro, where she shares her passion, expertise, and holistic approach to wellness.
