This summer, we welcome kids to our base at Lake Tsivlou, offering them unique and exciting experiences. The Summer Youth Camp at Lake Tsivlou by The North Face is a multi-day activity program designed for adventurous children who love nature and action! The program aims to help our campers develop important values such as independence, teamwork, solidarity, and respect for the environment. These values are fostered through experiential team-building games, and outdoor activities. At night, we have the chance to gaze at the starry sky. We gather together to share stories and experiences, strengthening the bonds of friendship. We play games and have lots of fun! This year, we are ready for summer sea adventures in the beautiful islands of the Sporades! Our young friends, like modern-day adventurers, will have the opportunity to experience an eight-day sailing experience full of action, entertainment and exploration. Every day will bring a new adventure for the children: from swimming in small bays to visits to significant points of interest in the areas where we will anchor. Apart from sailing lessons, they will enjoy the company of new friends and learn to cooperate on board through the division of daily tasks. Team Building Games is a dynamic program designed to strengthen teamwork, communication, and creative thinking through fun, hands-on activities. Participants are divided into groups of 10–12 and work together to complete engaging challenges that require imagination, strategy, and a strong team spirit. Across 10 action-packed stations, children and teens take part in activities involving physical movement, creative construction, and problem-solving scenarios. While having fun, they develop important values such as fair play, mutual respect, and inclusion — building trust and meaningful connections within their team. Aligned with our commitment to sustainable practices, the program uses eco-friendly materials, either recycled or handmade. This approach helps raise awareness among participants about environmental responsibility and the importance of protecting nature. Team Building Games offers an experience full of energy, learning, and excitement — creating unforgettable memories and valuable life skills for the future. The school day trip to Mount Olympus perfectly combines educational experience with recreation, offering students of all ages (6–18 years old) a unique opportunity to explore the nature, history, and culture of our country. Starting from the Olympus National Park Information Center, students are introduced to the concept of environmental awareness through interactive presentations and hands-on learning. During the visit, they learn about the rare flora and fauna of Mount Olympus, the importance of protecting national parks, and the natural ecosystem of the region. The approach is tailored to different age groups to ensure it remains engaging and understandable for everyone. The hike through the Enipeas Gorge and the visit to the old monastery of Saint Dionysios offer a gentle and safe exploration of the nature and history of Mount Olympus, fostering observation skills, teamwork, and respect for the environment and cultural heritage.
